David M. Debacker, a 5th grade student from St. Francis Elementary in Ann Arbor, won the Art Contest held by schools throughout the region. His was among a large number of excellent drawings. It will adorn the T-shirts for this year's Tour de Kids. Thanks to everyone who took part in the contest.
