Dad's Dash For Cash
Spirit of the Event
This is Father's Day at a family event. So why should the kids have all the fun? That's why we have the Dad's Dash for Cash.
This is designed to be an opportunity for the dad's to jump in there and get in on the racing action. Of course, there is a catch. Unlike ordinary bike races, there are NO BICYCLES ALLOWED.
Rather, we ask our dads to hop on a tricycle, big wheel, or any non-bicycle method of transport that was designed for children very young. We also ask that you wear a helmet, for we are racing for $100 cash purse, and the action can be pretty intense. So again, here are the rules:
- NO BICYCLES (not even small ones with training wheels) Helmut required
- Tricycles, big wheels, non-motorized, non-bicycle method of transport designed for children
- Must be a father/guardian of an entrant
- Good sportsmanship
